About Me
Your beliefs drive your actions and when you change your thoughts, you change your actions. But I also know that change isn't easy—and it's not always as simple as "just doing" what needs to be done. Sometimes our challenges are mental, emotional, physical, or even spiritual—and sometimes they're all at once! They can feel overwhelming like there's no way out... No matter how hard you try, nothing will ever get better.
That's why I practice psychotherapy: To help people find their way through those challenges so they can live their best lives possible (and leave their mark on this world).
