I believe that your beliefs drive your actions and that when you change your thoughts, you change your actions. But I also know that change isn't easy—and it's not always as simple as "just doing" what needs to be done. Sometimes our challenges are mental, emotional, physical, or even spiritual—and sometimes they're all at once! And they can feel overwhelmed like there's no way out... Like no matter how hard you try, nothing will ever get better.
