Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist.

Being an integrative psychotherapist means I will tailor our sessions to your needs and draw from a range of approaches to work creatively with you and act as a catalyst for new perspectives to emerge.

I draw from psychodynamic, existential and cognitive-behavioural theories, alongside neuroscience research, holding the person-centred values of compassion, empathy, respect and care.

I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.

I am a multinational psychotherapist and offer sessions both in English and Portuguese.

Our minds are the most powerful tools we have. We can use them to create our own happiness or to create our own suffering.
