Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, I can help you develop life-changing habits to cope with any of life’s various obstacles. Midlife, Menopause, Men's issues and ageing can be challenging. Psychotherapy is designed to help you understand personal issues and provide you with effective tools to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, behaviour, life choices.

Sex-related issues, Infertility, Sexual identity, Sexuality

Have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome? Sometimes, seeking help from a certified expert is the best way to put things into perspective.

Sex is a fundamental part of our lives—we all have sexual needs—but it can be difficult to reach out for help when we're going through these kinds of issues. As a committed, professional Psychotherapist, I can help you with sex-related issues, intimacy, infertility, sexual identity and relationship.

4.

Cultural issues,
Identity issues,
Personal development,
Relationships

I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instil self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

Therapy Sessions
My Approach

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist.

Being an integrative psychotherapist means I will tailor our sessions to your needs and draw from a range of approaches to work creatively with you and act as a catalyst for new perspectives to emerge.

I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, trauma-focused, existential and cognitive-behavioural theories, alongside neuroscience research, holding the person-centred values of compassion, empathy, respect and care.

I offer both long-term and short-term therapy.

Our minds are the most powerful tools we have. We can use them to create our own happiness or to create our own suffering.
